If anyone is like me,  because of COVID they were sent home to work with little to no home office.  Now, a whole year later, we are still working from home with the most uncomfortable, least productive setup. That is why I converted our downstairs living room into my home office. We hardly ever used that living room space and now I spend 8 hours a day working in it. 

We built a custom built-in bookshelf to store all of my supplies. We added legs to butcher block countertops to make my desk. When I am not in my office working, I am in it crafting, so I wanted a large L-shaped desk. With having my personal computer and work computer now at home, this comes with a lot of wires. When I say a lot, I am mean A LOT.  I don’t know about you, but loose wires drive me crazy. That is why I invested in a few different cable management items. These items are a serious game-changer. I also bought a weekly whiteboard calendar which helps me quickly see what is on the agenda for the week.
